Exemptions of Plastic Waste EPR

The Plastic Waste Management Rules have some exemptions in the rules. These exemptions are in the context of applicability itself.

a. Exports: The plastic packaging used in the exports are exempt from EPR regulations.

b. Brand Owners: Micro and Small Brand owners are also exempt from EPR regulations.
